Hana Fisheries Inc., a Food wholesale dealer company, is located in Vancouver BC. Currently, we are looking for a visionary and experienced sale & marketing manager

In this position, the sales & marketing manager is responsible for accomplishing business marketing development, implementing sales plans

The duties include:

  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans; identifying trends; determining improvements; implementing change
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
  • Work and support the international distribution network
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans
  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

We offer: $ 34.62/hr , 30 hr/wk with 10 days paid vacation

The ideal candidate:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business or related program
  • 5-10 years experience in Sales and marketing field
  • Excellent written, reading and verbal English business communication skill
