Job Summary

I am a mortgage agent and a realtor with two businesses. I need an assistance services for the following tasks

Responsibilities and Duties

Accounting, files and Email management- Organize our CRMS Create Dropbox files when needed- Develop a checklist that will serve as our guidelines- Attend training sessions to be familiar with our system

Qualifications and Skills

SKILLS NEEDED: – Proficient with Microsoft office- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred- Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills- CRM experience- BONUS: Real estate experience

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Salary: $22,000.00 to $30,000.00 /year

Required experience:

  • Microsoft excel and Word.: 3 years
