Job Responsibilities:

From a warm greeting, to a service explanation, to a restaurant suggestion, to appropriate speed of service and attentiveness, you keenly listen to your guests to match their particular expectations.
You are an organized problem-solver who wants to make a name for yourself as someone with exemplary experience in customer sales and service. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills given your sales experience. You`ve got all the requisite qualifications of skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to type 30 wpm, ability to use customer service software applications, ability to work daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, and ideally ability to speak a second language.
Answering and responding to calls and emails pertaining to general inquiries, membership and pass sales, special event registration, and customer complaints
Providing guests with product details and seasonal activity information
Booking individuals for reservations in The Observatory fine dining restaurant and other programs
Registering guests for all adventure and tour packages and preparing appropriate paperwork
Group sales for Skyride, Ziplining, Fly Dine and Drive, Catering, Education, adventure, and all other mountain programs
Contacting guests to provide them with upcoming special events or promotions; conducting surveys
Performing outgoing sales promotions to existing members, potential new guests and lead generation
Basic office duties, including filing, verifying paperwork, data entry, mail-outs and more
Balancing sales and end of day cash-out
Other duties as required
Job Qualifications:
Sales Experience; lead generation an asset
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to learn customer service software applications
Ability to type 30 wpm
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in high volume situations
High attention to detail
Energetic phone etiquette
A willingness to learn new skills and a proactive approach to work
Ability to work daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays as required
Successful candidate will be asked to complete a clear background check
After successful completion of seasonal contract, potential to become full time permanent
