Our client is a technology specialist who has been in operation for more than 17 years. They are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join their team. This role will be varied and you will be required to assist others where ever needed. This is a permanent position Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Duties will include but will not be limited to: -
Answer telephone calls
Greet customers and suppliers
Accounts payable and receivablePayroll
Data entry of sales orders
End of Month accounts assistance
Liaise with Customers and Suppliers
Data Entry
FilingGeneral Office and Administrative Duties
Essential Criteria: -
Must have a can do, will do attitude
Proficient with the use of Excel
Show attention to detail
Have excellent organisational skills
Be able to manage your time effectively and prioritise
Able to work well in a team and assist others when needed
Have excellent communication skills
