Role: The administrative assistant will be responsible for coordinating various aspects related to a special project.
Responsibilities:
* Administrative support
* Coordinate meetings, events and calendars
* Planning and organizing meetings
* Preparation of Powerpoint presenations and various documentation using MS Office
* Communicating with third parties
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills
* Fluently bilingual – Excellent written skills
* Strong MS Office skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Experience in coordinating and administration
