Job Summary Technical Project Manager CRM (Microsoft) Mandatory Requirements: - Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working as a Project Manager that includes at least one significant ($250,000+) CRM project. - PMP , ITIL , PRINCE2 . - Ability to work on-site in Regina. - Business understanding: working knowledge of CRM implementations preferred Leadership: An ability to lead and motivate people and encourage teamwork. Understanding of business and working knowledge of CRM implementations. - Leadership abilities to lead, motivate individuals and encourage teamwork. - Commitment, assertiveness, and self-reliance: Ability to recognize and resolve issues early and thoroughly. Ability to solve problems in integrated environments. - Conflict resolution: The willingness and ability to resolve conflicts. - Experience using or certification with Prosci Change Management methodology is considered an asset. - Experience working with a Project Management Office (PMO) is considered an asset. - Experience in transitioning project deliverables to operations. - Experience creating or working with SLA (Service Level Agreements) Experience creating or working with SOW (Statements of Work). - Ability to work well in a team environment good communication skills: ability to produce detail documentation; ability to verbally communicate technical jargon to non-technical people. - Ability to contribute to project planning with work breakdown tasks and accurate estimates. - Project experience following project processes, standards and documentation requirements as defined by a formal methodology. - Working knowledge of CRM migrations, development, support and upgrades is considered an asset. - Leadership: An ability to lead and motivate people and encourage teamwork. - Communication and Influence: An ability to communicate effectively with the team, senior management, other functions, stakeholders, and customers. - Business understanding: A clear vision of what determines a successful project outcome. - Change management: The ability to manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making. - Personal courage, commitment, assertiveness, and self-reliance: The courage to face up to issues squarely and early and stand up for what the project needs at all times. - Conflict resolution: The willingness and ability to resolve conflicts. - Advocacy: The ability to champion the people and the project up, down, and across the organization.
