MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a resource person and answer questions and process requests for information on a daily basis Coordinate and participate in the employee welcoming, onboarding and offboarding Create employee records and ensure the tracking and update in the HR system Assiste talent acquisition manager with recruiting interns, international hiring, recruiting events and paper work such as posting, job descriptions, offer letters and employement contrats. Collaborate on various special projects related to human resources management (such as employee evaluations, creating the employee handbook, employer’s brand, salary equity, integration processes, employee’s training (1% law), learning & development, Health, Wellness & Safe Workplace, employment relations, compensation, etc.). Consistently & accurately process payroll for 50+ employees primarily in Canada with a few in select countries around the world including hourly, salaried and commissioned employees and prepare confidential documents related to compensation (T4, R1, etc.) Coordinate benefit programs for employees in Canada and other locations (insurance plan, VRSP, transportation benefit, etc.) Participate and coordinate various events such as social activities, meetings, and corporate events Administrative support to upper management and other office management tasks such as travel arrangements, employee expense reports, office supply purchasing, and other related tasks.
