The School of Business is seeking a full-time continuing Research Analyst II. The successful candidate will provide a consultative approach to supporting the information and reporting needs of the School’s leadership team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1) synthesizing information from a variety of sources to identify key issues requiring action by the School’s leadership; 2) environmental scanning of other post-secondary institutions to assess current issues; 3) analysis of enrollment trends for the School; 4) supporting the monthly/quarter/annual reporting needs from the leadership team. The Research Analyst II will maintain a strong relationship with academic and administrative leadership, faculty and staff to support the analysis and information required to support sound decision making. The successful candidate will bring a strong analytical and problem solving background.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business with experience in social science research. Masters degrees in a related field is an asset. A minimum of 3-5 years of project management, statistical and research methodologies experience, preferably in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders is required. Experience in using Peoplesoft reporting and other statistical software an asset. The successful candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Influencing and negotiating skills are required to work in this multi-disciplinary environment.
