As a GradeSlam Partnership Associate, you will be a member of the Sales & Marketing team responsible for developing the business funnel by optimizing GradeSlam’s outbound channels. Using outbound email marketing, phone calls, social media channels and content creation you will be connecting with schools and organizations which can benefit from GradeSlam’s award winning technology & service.

You will be bringing on new leads to the sales department to grow GradeSlam’s social impact across North America. By gathering feedback and insights from these relationships, you will become an expert in the market and key player in our global expansion.

Primary Responsibilities

Connecting with new potential partners through email marketing channels, phone and social media.

Engaging and nurturing relationships with potential partners.

Collaborating with the Sales team to establish a winning business digital marketing development development strategy.

Requirements
Experience using online channels to connect with people and drive a strong message.

Passionate about education, equity and social change.

Strong communication skills (email, phone, social media)

Ability to collaborate with other team leaders

Self-starter and autonomous

Ability to handle numerous projects in a fast-paced environment

English speaker (French is a plus)

Compensation

Base salary ($30,000) + Uncapped Commission : On target earnings of $60,000+
