The Public Employees Benefits Agency (PEBA) is an Agency under the Ministry of Finance, which administers a wide range of pension and benefits plans for public sector employees including executive government, Crown corporations and government-funded bodies.
PEBA is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the Senior Accounting Clerk position. This role will be primarily responsible for performing accounting functions for PEBA’s Revolving Fund which includes budget and forecast reporting and daily expense processing. The main duties include, but are not limited to: monthly financial reporting, preparation of quarterly reporting for various governing bodies, financial analytics, cash management, facilitating disbursements and daily expense processing.
Typically, the successful candidate for this position will have:
a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Commerce/ Diploma in Accounting (a combination of education and experience will also be considered);
experience working with budgets and forecasts;
worked with accounts payable processing; and
experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Hours of Work
A – SGEU Office 36 – one day off every two weeks
