The incumbent ensures forms information management best practices and standards are integrated into business processes. They also develop solutions that meet current and future business requirements that support the objectives of the Forms Management team and the Government of Alberta’s vision to transition from paper to an electronic business environment.

You are required to have excellent planning and analytical skills in order to support the delivery of electronic forms management services to the GoA. A good sense of judgment, strong organizational skills, and an excellent ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences are paramount to your success.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business process analysis, project management and change management skills when implementing new technologies, developing new standards, rolling out new strategies, and transitioning clients to new automated business processes. These skills will be essential to your success in supporting the Government of Alberta’s Information Management Strategy.


University degree in a related field plus four years progressively responsible experience related to information management, business analysis, and electronic forms management. Equivalencies will be considered.

For individuals who have obtained related educational credentials from outside Canada, it is strongly recommended that you obtain an evaluation of your credentials from a Canadian educational credential assessment service. If you have already completed such an assessment, please include the certificate of assessment as part of your application. $2,707.94 – $3,549.74 bi-weekly ($70,677 – $92,648 annually)


Candidates with lesser qualifications may be considered at a lower classification and salary. This competition may be used to fill future vacancies.
