Role

Alberta Human Services is currently seeking a creative individual that ha

ve a passion for talent acquisition utilizing their savvy social media advertising skills. In our fast paced department, you will work closely with HR Consultants to support managers and supervisors in attracting and acquiring talent. While your focus is talent acquisition, you will be exposed to all facets of the HR Consultant role with the support of your managers and coworkers to help to further your development in HR. As the ideal candidate, in addition to your education and experience, you will demonstrate well-honed competencies in the following areas: – Systems Thinking: to keep broader impacts and connections in mind – Creative Problem Solving: to assess options and implications in new ways to achieve outcomes and solutions

Qualifications

University graduation in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field is required. Some experience in recruitment is preferred. Experience with IMAGIS is an asset. Equivalencies will be considered.

Salary

$1,951 to $2,891 bi-weekly.

Notes

This is a one year temporary salaried opportunity. Secondments will be considered.
