Reporting to the Executive Director, you will use your administrative and organizational expertise to manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, print, copy, process action and staffing requests, make travel and accommodation arrangements, file and records management, contract management and issues management.

This position will require you to utilize the following competencies:

Qualifications

High School Diploma and two (2) years of related experience in an office environment is required. Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration is an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook is required. Previous experience working within a government setting with IMAGIS and ARTS would be an asset

Salary

$1,014.86 – $1,239.99 bi-weekly
