The Program Information, Evaluation and Performance Branch within the Child and Family Services Division is looking for someone to join our team in the Ministry of Human Services. This position will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Child Intervention system through customized data analysis, performance metrics, and supporting key Divisional projects.
Drawing upon your superior data analysis, communication, presentation and consultation skills, you will liaise with various stakeholders and program areas to enhance best practices and continuous improvement in service delivery. Your proven analytical, communication and research skills will assist you in refining quality assurance data through customized reports, developing performance measures and indicators, methodological refinement, data visualization and making recommendations regarding program data.
To be a part our successful team, the ideal candidate must demonstrate strong initiative, analytical abilities and data presentation skills. Excellent written, oral and facilitation skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks with often shifting priorities involving sensitive information. This position requires equal strength in working independently as well as in a team setting to collaboratively achieve supportive and relevant continuous improvement solutions.
A related degree plus two or more years of experience conducting analysis, data reporting and applied research (qualitative or quantitative) is required. A master’s degree along with quality assurance and social-based program evaluation experience will be considered as assets. Equivalencies may be considered.
$2,524.91 to $3,311.86 bi-weekly
