North Central Child and Family Services, Lac La Biche, is seeking an Administrative professional to join our team. We want to hear from candidates who are energetic and positive. They must be able to work independently, but contribute as a strong team member. The person needs to be very flexible and be able to adapt quickly to the ever changing daily priorities.
Your organization, superior keyboarding skills, independence, attention to detail and initiative will be an asset in supporting the Admin Team Lead, Casework Supervisor and staff in the Lac La Biche office.
You will be responsible for records management, IT site contact, purchasing and inventory control. Your responsibilities will also include: financial support, personnel support and providing customer service in person and by telephone. Your strong computer skills and attention to detail will be a definite asset to this rewarding position.

Qualifications
High school diploma and two years of related experience. Post secondary education in Office Administration is an asset. Preference will be given to applicants with administration experience. Experience with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with IMAGIS/HRMS, ARTS and government records management procedures will be considered an asset. If you possess any or all of these qualifications, they must be noted in your resume. Please note work experience in months and years.
Salary
$1,691.44 to $2,066.65 bi-weekly
Notes
Working hours are 8:15 am-4:30 pm with a 1 hour lunch break- Monday-Friday
The successful candidate will require a valid Alberta Driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle. Final candidates for this position will be asked to undergo an Intervention Services Record Check. This competition will be used to fill future similar permanent or temporary vacancies.
