South Region Child and Family Services is seeking an energetic individual who possesses above average keyboarding/computer skills who would enjoy working in a service oriented atmosphere. You will be responsible for providing general office duties including reception, filing, word processing, records management, working with information systems as well as other administrative tasks. In addition, you will be responsible for the verification, coding and inputting of documents into the client invoice payment system. You will also work closely with the caseworkers and assist in the completion of routine tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


High School Diploma plus several years of related administrative support
experience. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.


$1,536.57 to $1,869.84 Biweekly ($40,104 to $48,802 Per Annum)


This is a 1 year temporary opportunity. This competition may be used to fill future vacancies.
Final candidates will be asked to undergo security screening.
