Intern, Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Office – Vancouver, British Columbia

Reporting to the Manager, CSR & Compliance the successful candidate will:

Support the maintenance and administration of Enablon (Goldcorp’s centralized sustainability management software). Tasks may include:

Creating unique communication tools to build awareness and reinforce the purpose of the system

Supporting data collection processes at the site level

Creating a training and communications toolkit on the system for end users

Assisting Corporate and Regional teams in data collection and consolidation as well as system administration

Support the coordination, production and distribution of sustainability disclosures, including:

Collating data and producing reports for internal consumption

Compiling key messages

Quality assurance and quality control tasks

Support the roll out of Goldcorp’s Human Rights training

Conduct ongoing research and analysis of corporate social responsibility and sustainability topics

Assist in the creation of current state analyses of sustainability issues


Currently pursuing a university degree or with an interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and knowledge/experience in the areas of International Development, Community Development, Business, Communications, First Nations studies and Latin American Studies

Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to work well both independently and in a team

Interest in the mining industry

Communications abilities in Spanish and French are considered strong assets
