Job Opportunity for Construction Supervisor

Terms of employment: Full-time, permanent

Wage rate: $ 33.50-36.50 per hour

Duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers
• Monitor work progress for each project
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Prepare work progress reports

Eligibility criteria:

• Completion of secondary school
• 3-5 years of experience in the trade required

Benefits:
As per employment standards, overtime after 40 hours of work per week, 10 days of paid vacation in a year
