GoDay.ca is an online financial services provider, offering customers short term loans online. Founded in 2012 and located in downtown Toronto, GoDay.ca is widely recognized as a leader in the Canadian automated lending industry. We are a high-energy entrepreneurial environment that is experiencing fast-paced growth.We are looking for a talented Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize email, live chat, phone, and SMS systems to answer current and potential customer questions or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls
  • Work with customer accounts in arrears
  • Build customer confidence in the services offered by the company
  • Master loan management and servicing systems
  • Review loan applications for approval
  • Contacting potential leads and conversion into customers
  • Work as a team to obtain group and individual goals

In addition to acting in a customer service capacity, the chosen applicant may be asked to assist co-workers or teams with regards to accounts receivable, or lead generation. In addition, the successful applicant will be required to work with third party partners such as legal representatives, collection agencies, and technology providers.Our organization is small and we care deeply about our new team members. Qualifications:

  • Professional and courteous phone manner
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Detail-oriented
  • Previous call center and collections experience is not required but considered an asset
  • Strong work ethic
