Loyalty Services Coordinator (1 Year Term)

The Loyalty Services team is seeking a motivated and energetic individual with a professional attitude who is service oriented and has the ability to build customer loyalty with our frequent guests. Reporting to the Manager, Loyalty Services this individual will be responsible for providing direct support to the Loyalty Services Team and assist in building and maintaining member loyalty while delivering the promises made by each brand’s Programs.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager, Loyalty Services,

responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Responsible for tracking and analyzing member experiences and monitor various program inboxes for trends and opportunities

Responsible for tracking of daily email volume and turnaround times

Maintain departmental monthly statistics and reports

Responsible for updating and maintaining the Loyalty Services Share Point site

Communicate all marketing campaigns for all loyalty programs

Develop and maintain contacts through effective communication with hotel and Corporate Office colleagues

Monitor program enrollments with accelerated offer codes and action accordingly

Fulfillment of Department budget and expenses

Complete merge audit requirements for each team member

Assist Loyalty Services Team with day to day inquiries and member resolution.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Organized, energetic, creative, professional and results oriented

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient knowledge and experience with CRS and Profile Plus

Self-motivated and able to make decisions, problem solve, initiate action and complete projects in a timely fashion

Must demonstrate exceptional guest service with the ability to build strong relationships

Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast paced, ever changing technical environment

Strong writing skills and experience in decision making in absence of management

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Bilingual (French/English) an asset

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

Constant sitting throughout shift

Role requires high level of focus and concentration

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The centre is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
