• Lead the execution of flu deliveries and communication with external customers (PWGSC, PHAC)
• Work with internal parties (regulatory, supply management) to ensure deliveries are timely and issues are handled in a manner acceptable to public health and GSK ways of working
• Lead the development and implementation of assigned Marketing projects/programs with input from and collaboration with internal cross-functional team and external partners (Agency and PAAB)
• Develop in conjunction with Pricing department, tender and pricing submissions
• Complete assigned responsibilities in the annual brand business review process including market opportunity analysis, strategy/vision development, and budget/tactical plan development
• Provide ongoing analysis/conclusions of market forces that have potential to impact business and action plans to address near-term opportunities and threats
• Develop project briefs for tactics requiring agency development
• Lead business meetings with internal partners (including roll-out of tactical initiatives)
• Work cross-functionally to develop/understand robust financial forecasts
• Develop and nurture direct customer relationships, in conjunction with cross functional partners
• Share knowledge and best practices across therapy and functional areas and teams
