Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition – Diversity & Inclusion, the coordinator provides technical and administrative support for responsibilities related to the management of Human Resources, within a team-oriented, dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Talent Acquisition

  • Support the full cycle recruitment process from entering requisitions and postings jobs, conducting phone screens and to submitting background checks and hiring.
    • Enter requisitions, post positions internally and externally via Applicant Tracking System
    • Schedule and Coordinate interviews and pre-hire assessments, contributing to providing an exceptional candidate experience
    • Conduct phone screens with applicants for certain corporate positions
    • Conduct background checks for final candidates
  • Support the onboarding of the new employee
    • Collect all of the pre-employment documents required for employee files;
    • Prepare New Hire Packages and order documents as required
    • Complete all required documentation to proceed with hiring; process New Hire forms
  • Contribute to providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • University Relations: coordinate on-campus activities with target universities; support the planning of the Global Internship Program, including coordinating lunch and learns
  • Assist in organizing Diversity & Inclusion developmental activities

Organizational Development

  • Monthly update of employee database for recognition purposes and e-learning attendance
  • Collaboration with provider for coordinating award shipment logistics globally
  • Tracking of participants in Leadership development program: logistics for online training completion, certificate distribution, participation and completion rate and manage the evaluation forms
  • Coordinate with the different locations all logistics related to the 360 (completion of the registration template, tracking the completion status)
  • Participate in supporting special projects

Profile & Core Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration or relevant fields of study;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition preferred
  • Resourceful: Ability to take initiative and prioritize
  • Strong interpersonal skills in order to provide exceptional customer service and build strong internal and external relationships with partners;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities based on tight deadlines
  • Strong ability to work with a team and highly collaborative environment; sense of adaptability
  • Sense of initiative and goal-oriented
  • Understanding of online media publishing
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Bilingualism (French/English);
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
