Job purpose

  • Assistant to president
  • Prepares reports and correspondence
  • Flexible environment

Duties and responsibilities

  • Administrative work – some filing, creating spreadsheets
  • Help on optimizing simply accounting system
  • Issue Purchase Orders and follow up with vendors
  • Review architecture plans and designs to detail the quantity of furniture

Qualifications

  • Someone very detailed and organized
  • Some purchasing knowledge
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Email, Sage 50

Qualifications include:

  • Able to work in a home office type of business without assistance
  • Good Judgement, creative, responsive and agile – think outside the box
  • Good Bilingual Communicator and dedicated

Working conditions

Flexible work environment, either 4 day or 5 day a week is ok
Home office work environment
May be contacted off hours from time to time

Physical requirements

No physical work required. No travel except for local errands

Direct reports

Work closely and coached by owner who is passionate.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 /hour
