As a Dealer Supervisor, you will supervise the smooth functioning of the game while bringing out the best in your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervises and mentors Dealers, providing instruction, assigning duties, and evaluating performance
  • Ensures excellence in customer service
  • Monitors table floats and determines the outcomes and game irregularities
  • Keeps up to date with company policies and procedures, provincial and local regulations for casino operations
  • Collaborates with the casino team, participates in casino and marketing initiatives, and promotes events

What You Will Require

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Dealer of Blackjack, Baccarat and Roulette
  • Knowledge of Pai Gow, Poker and other casino games is an asset
  • 1 – 2 years experience in a supervisory position or equivalent combination of education, and experience
  • Supervisory/management/leadership training is an asset
  • Serving It Right Certificate to be completed prior to start date (In BC)
  • Deal Us In Phase I & II (In Alberta)
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Good manual dexterity
  • May bend, kneel, crouch and reach
