Dynacare is currently searching for a Coordinator, Operational Support, contractual (6months) full-time, to join our team in Laval, Quebec. Available to work Monday-Friday, 9:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. or as required based on the needs of the department.

Under the responsibility of the immediate superior, the Coordinator, Operational Support is called upon to complete the following tasks:

• Validation of results in various sectors (biochemistry, microbiology, molecular biology) and issuing reports while respecting the turnaround time
• Ensure the necessary follow-ups with all departments to avoid delays in issuing reports (ex. : follow-ups of anomalies/non-conformities with Customer Service)
• Support in the implementation and execution of projects linked to operations (ex. : Maintenance of information in the different databases )
• Execute tasks related to the billing period
• Ensure compliance with quality standards defined by the procedures
• Any other responsibility assigned by the immediate superior

This role may be for you if your career background includes:

• College diploma (DEC) in Laboratory techniques or B.Sc. or equivalent
• Member of l’Ordre professionnel des technologistes médicaux du Québec (OPTMQ) is an asset
• Understanding of scientific concepts
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of ISO standards and/or GLP is an asset
• Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills
• Autonomous, conscientious, responsible, good organizational and planning skills, flexible schedule
• Ability to work in team
