This position is a 14 on and 14 off rotation.
Fly in Fly out option is available to Edmonton and Calgary. Camp in camp out option is also available.
General Responsibilities: To process new and existing employees’ requests for badges and access along with parking permits/vehicle passes. This position reports to the Admin Team Lead and then Shift Team Lead.
Including but not limited to;
Create and delete access for new and current employees and contractors with proper forms
Edit access according to management’s requests
Make new and replacement badges
Assign and record parking decals, vehicle passes ensuring all pertinent operator and vehicle information is recorded
Verify access requests with proper authorities
Provide temporary badges as required
Assist with Shell Orientation and other duties as required, running orientation sessions for new hires to ensure all requirements are met for site access
Photographs for ID badges are taken for each new hire, requires setting up camera, chair and backdrop
Collecting personal information from new hires (handwritten)
Working in the ID office and performing administrative work including but not limited to;
attending to phones and answering inquires,
computer based work- entering collected personal data on new hires and developing profiles and emailing, assembling ID badges
Filing, photocopying, organizing files
Disable lost badges
Conduct ID Audits as directed
Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Administration; relevant Bachelor’s degree; relevant work experience
MUST HAVE: Alberta Security Guard License, Standard First Aid and CPR Level C, CSTS and OSSA
Minimum Class 5 Drivers license, MUST acquire Class 4 within probationary period
Excellent oral and written skills, and ability to multi task
Exemplary customer service
Maintain proper appearance according to company policies
Ability to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods of time
Good computer skills to include but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Outlook and other programs provided by site
Work 12-hour rotating shifts including days, nights weekends and statutory/religious holidays;
