Future Sales Executive

The prime responsibility of a Future Sales Executive (FSE) is to develop business relationships with current and potential customers in order to generate sales for the company. This will involve managing an assigned account base in conjunction with the Internal Sales Executive assigned to each account. The role requires a high level of interaction with the Internal Sales Executives in building a mutually effective working relationship. This is achieved through regular communication whether face to face or via telephone to achieve the set strategy on each individual account.
Manage personal account base to achieve personal budgets and generate orders by telephone, visits and other forms of communication.
Ensure customer profiles and all activity information is up to date within the defined corporate system.
Produce a weekly call plan in the defined corporate format.
Undertake cyclical customer visits to support account penetration and customer relationship management.
Identify and develop all design opportunities through design support from the TSM group.
Achieve visit rates in line with corporate objectives.
Comply with all sales processes respecting the standard operating procedures and be seen as an example to others.
Ensure regular communication with line manager and actively prepare for annual and bi-annual appraisal.
Ensures up to date with system changes and all associated business related changes affecting the Sales organisation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven sales track within the company or other electronic distribution business whereby a consistent high level of sales and a focussed account base were actively demonstrated.
Preferably educated to a degree standard.
A comprehensive knowledge of the electronics distribution industry/current market.

Adapts style and words to the situation and the audience and stays clear thinking and calm when handling objections.
Consistently applies business principles when planning and making decisions
Ensures knowledge with the market trends and information is highly accurate e.g. competitor changes, customer relationships.
