We currently have an opportunity available for a talented Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team.

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources , the Human Resources Coordinator will gain exposure to all facets of the human resources function.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment : Participate in the recruitment process, from new hire planning through to employee onboarding
  • Training & Development : Assist with the organization and implementation of all internal and external training & development programs
  • Benefits : Manage the corporate benefits package including: renewals, enrollments, and employee correspondence
  • Payroll : Administer full cycle payroll on a bi-weekly basis along with monthly commission payments inclusive of all government remittances
  • Health & Safety : Manage the workplace health & safety program including WSIB and Return to Work management

Qualifications:

  • A genuine alignment with our corporate vision and values
  • Business related post-secondary degree and 2+ years’ relevant work experience ( CHRP designation will be considered an asset )
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Our ideal candidate will take a business minded approach to Human Resources, work well in a collaborative and fast paced environment, and will demonstrate excellent judgment, good common sense, a positive attitude, and a good sense of humour!
