Classification: Standard Grid Level 10 – Community Support Worker
Rate of Pay: $20.07 per hour and increments in accordance with the terms of the Collective
The Community Support Worker supports clients with developmental disabilities in community based activities; works
with all clients and the team and implement individual and group planning, training and support; develops program
and community activities based on individual’s choices, interests and abilities; provides client supervision and
support, and daily living, social, life and work skills training to promote skill development, community participation and
integration; participates and assists team members in the ongoing development and operation of the program,
including developing curriculum and facilitating client workshops, and planning structured client activities; carries out
assignments with client(s) following set protocols and programs.
