We are seeking an Insurance Administration Representative to join our team.

The Insurance Administration Representative is responsible for processing of all insurance policy documents and ensuring established service levels are maintained.

Here’s what would be included as a part of your typical day:
Participates as an active member
in processing insurance renewals, new business, endorsements, cancellations,
and all aspects of claims handling and ensuring all claims notices have
been entered correctly.
Responsible for efficient and
accurate entry of relevant policy and client information; proactively
identifies and requests information required from insurance offices.
Assists with monitoring of all
renewal expiry lists and changes; follows up with insurance companies on
outstanding documents as necessary ensuring all processing is completed in
a timely manner.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
3-5 Years Customer Service experience considered an asset

Knowledge of Word, Excel/Spreadsheet Applications

Desire to train and advance in the Insurance Industry
