Our company is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as administrative and event assistant. This will be a part-time position of 2-4 days per week. Candidates must be able to work weekend night shifts during the Summer.

Job Description: Assist with general office duties, event planning and event management.

Responsibilities include:

- Answering phone calls and responding to emails

- General office duties include inputting data, photocopying, filing, answering inquiries

- Work within our team to plan our event

- Assist with on-site event management to ensure that everything is running smoothly

- Provide support to clients on-site and in office

- Marketing and event promotion


- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Previous customer service experience

- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint

- Detail-oriented

- Able to multi-task under stress

- Able to work with the team and independently

- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an asset
