Job Description : Our large enterprise client is looking for Business Analysts (Int-Sr) to work on a Transformation initiative and related projects. This will be a full time on-site contract. Transformation initiative will engage in an innovation process to generate, conceptualize, optimize and implement transformational changes to a funding assistance program for the organization. Must Have Primary Skills :

Experience contributing to the development of business cases that demonstrate an ROI for corporate investment. (5 years);
Experience in a business analyst role, collecting business requirements, managing competing and interdependent requirements in product development. (5 years)
Providing solutions for business delivery methods through the use of information technology.
Leading the business SMEs through the process of business transformation. (3 years)

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
Proven record of contributing to business cases that achieve meet or exceed ROI targets.

Demonstrated experience with influencing senior stakeholders within a large organization, to adopt and move towards a common vision.

Demonstrated ability to work on multiple assignments concurrently, meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Experience of working with an integrated team of (greater than ten) business users, technical resources and third party vendors comprised of employees and contracted resources.

Ability to prepare project documents including, but not limited to, business cases, proposals, feasibility studies, stakeholder engagement strategies, OCM strategies, business process requirements, process mapping, training manuals, business specifications, detailed budget estimates, and gap analysis.

Experience participating and facilitating business process mapping workshops, requirements gathering sessions to elicit business requirements with an emphasis of understanding the business priorities.

Strong interpersonal communication both written, verbal and active listening skills, to work collaboratively with all levels of stakeholders, business and technical teams. Understand organizational structure and business priorities.

Experience and familiarity with Project Management approaches, tools, and methodologies.

Experience working with continuous improvement approaches, such as Lean Six Sigma is an asset.
Proven Experience In : Duties of the Resource will include, but are not necessarily limited to:

Support senior project managers and senior business analysts in developing business cases with potential for ROI

Gather business requirements for select projects related to program or service design, including those involving information technology development (including both digital service design for customer service delivery and internal IT systems)

Track and manage competing and interdependent business requirements as part of project management

Participate in facilitated processes with stakeholders to gather business requirements to inform decision-making, program and service design and information technology development

Provide relevant data and analysis to the project streams on a timely basis in order to inform decision-making
