Finn Construction Ltd. is looking for a hardworking, high motivated individual to join the construction team to contribute to the organizations value creation capabilities. To qualify for this position you must have an understanding of construction work, be able to operate equipment and be physically fit for general labor.

The position is a full time permanent position subject to a three month probationary period. Wage is negotiable and will reflect applicant qualifications. The job requires someone willing to work long hours with limited days off during contracts

Qualifications:
Hold a valid drivers license, CLASS 1A DRIVERS LICENSE
Have a background in farming or superb mechanical skills
Be willing to work long hours with limited days off during contracts
Be available for out of town work
Own a cell phone and reliable vehicle
Have experience with operating big equipment is a bonus
Be able to work independently and show leadership qualities
Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance
