Reporting to the Vendor Marketing Manager, the Campaign Marketing Specialist will be a key member of a dynamic, growing marketing team and will be accountable for providing marketing expertise on his or her projects. This person strives to be a well-rounded marketer, capable of delivering on end-to-end marketing process. The incumbent has a strong digital orientation, is analytical, knows how to drive the creative process and can execute flawlessly. The Campaign Marketing Specialist will also have extraordinary interpersonal skills, is a consummate team player, and will be adept at orchestrating a myriad of people across a changing culture.

Responsibilities
• Participate actively in the development, implementation and tracking of large-scale, fully integrated campaign marketing via all communication channels, including digital, social and mobile
• Work with vendor brands to develop and implement innovative cooperative advertising programs
• Increase sales and margin through marketing plans and activities that drive traffic both online and in-store
• Use research and analytics to support decision making
• Partner with external agencies to develop and execute creative campaigns
• Contribute to creating alignment and collaboration between marketing and other functional areas, especially key stakeholders in Purchasing and Store Operations
• Play a proactive key role in building the credibility and reputation of the Marketing organization as one that sets vision and drives the business through a commitment to quality, action, innovation and measurable success
• Contribute to an environment that is highly responsive to change and engage key stakeholders across the organization to ensure success
• Support senior Marketing Leadership Team with analysis, reporting and recommendations regarding sales and campaign activities
What you bring…
Bachelor of Commerce with a marketing or similar major
• Minimum 3 years’ experience developing and executing marketing activities
• Proven digital marketing experience including website, social media and mobile
• Background making customer focused decisions based on sound analysis and research of market opportunities and alternative solutions
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute plans/activities focused on achieving budget and performance targets
• Proven in establishing strong and collaborative relationships, both internally and externally
• Experience working with agency partners
