The Transportation department in the Mississauga office has an opening for a well-organized, responsible person who has the following qualifications and experience:

• College Degree in International Trade or equivalent education and experience. Basic up-to-date knowledge of Customs and other Governmental Department regulations and experience in their application.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Air/Ocean Freight Forwarding, Import practices and Industry.
• Expert knowledge of the MS Office suite of products and mainframe applications.
• Good verbal communication skills and telephone techniques.
• Basic knowledge of services offered by FedEx Trade Networks.
• Minimum 3-5 years related experience.
• The chosen candidate will be a single contact for customers, handling all aspects of Air /Ocean freight transportation, including booking of shipments, updating of status reports and customer service .
