We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior QA Analyst to join our growing team. In this role you will play an integral part in the release cycles for our innovative smartphone, tablet and web products. This role will require critical thinking to hunt down bugs and will work closely with developers and technical support to continuously improve our platform.

Position Responsibilities

Run regression tests

Write clear and repeatable defect reports

Validate fixed bug reports, improvements and features

Discover both appearance based and functionality based issues

Write test cases based on specifications from the product team

Position Requirements

Comfortable with Android, iOS, macOS and Windows

Proactive and detail-oriented mindset

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

Willingness to ask for clarification

Experience following complex testing processes from start to finish

Education & Experience

Minimum 2 years experience

Post-secondary education or other certifications an asset
