Job Description

Constantly growing and always looking for exceptional individuals to join our team, Faber & Oostdyk is currently looking for an exceptional Legal Assistant. While mainly assisting with Real Estate, other administrative duties and areas of law will be assigned to challenge the candidate and develop other competencies. Law firm experience is not a requirement. We are seeking a summer student who can work full time, however we are willing to consider a part- time position.

Skills and Qualifications

• You should be familiar with programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teraview, Conveyancer etc.

• You should be familiar with The Planning Act, Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Professional Conduct etc.

• Ability to draft professional correspondences

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask, diarize, organize and prioritize accordingly
