Scope:

Cleans guest areas, monitors & cleans breakfast area, drive shuttle, and completes guest requests.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Cleaning guest related areas both inside and outside property
• Cleaning dishes and washing and folding laundry as required
• Following up on all guest related requests as they present themselves.
• Monitor and maintain Breakfast areas during specified times and then cleaning of those areas to reset for the next day.
• Maintains cleanliness of guest rooms, banquet space, storage and service areas.
• Refresh meeting rooms at break; remove dirty cups/ glasses, empty trash cans, replenishes water & coffee, replaces table cloths, etc.
• Timely deliveries to rooms including items, room service, laundry, faxes, photo copies, etc.
• Accurate completion of departmental paperwork including consumption forms, daily communication log and checklists and temperature checks.
• Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
• Follows company policies and procedures.

Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Health and Safety:

Follow safe work procedures as outlined in Departmental Policy and Procedures manuals, including the use of personal protective equipment

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $11.50 /hour
