As we grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to handle all administrative work allowing smooth operation of the HR department. This opportunity calls for an outgoing, creative individual with exceptional organizational skills and excellent attention to details.
What you will do as our new HR Administrator

  • Participate in recruitment efforts
  • Post job ads and organize resumes and job applications
  • Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process
  • Collect employment and tax information
  • Ensure reference checks are completed
  • Prepare new employee files
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
  • Integrate new employees into the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Training and Development administration and logistic
  • Maintain current HR files and databases
  • Update and maintain employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
  • Perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
  • Complete termination paperwork
  • Assist with all other day-to-day efficiency operations of the office

Qualification/Requirements

  • French and English, both written and spoken
  • University or college degree in human resources or administration is preferred but not necessary
  • Administration experience
  • HR certification is an asset
  • Experience working for an IT company is an asset
  • Other language/s
