Qualified Executive Assistant needed to assist a dynamic, top selling, real estate agent with a swiftly growing business and brokerage. A zest for organizing, an extremely positive attitude, and loyalty are key traits. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assisting and supporting the owner in all business areas needing assistance.
  • Assisting in scheduling and booking appointments/showings.
  • Maintaining database management system(s).
  • Screening and directing phone calls and emails; distributing correspondence.
  • Producing reports
  • Assisting clients and helping them to have an excellent customer experience.
  • Managing day-to-day office operations.
  • Marketing of listings and other brokerage items when necessary
  • Maintaining and building Social Media Platforms for agent and brokerage when necessary
  • Assisting in open houses or showings when needed.
  • Work in partnership with office front end supervisor, marketing coordinator and office manager

Qualifications and Skill:

  • Minimum two (2) years professional administrative assistance.
  • Real estate license
  • Driver’s license and vehicle
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient or familiar with Photoshop & Paint.
  • Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
  • Detail orientation is a must
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a busy environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Real Estate a major PLUS

Salary will depend on qualifications
