The Daigle Group is looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about marketing and social media to join our dynamic real estate team at EXIT Realty Advantage office in Fredericton.

The candidate will be an unlicensed assistant and will be responsible for managing client database program & system; create & prepare all buyers & sellers consultation packages, coordinate the preparation of all listings, open house flyers and all other marketing materials. managing and updating website; track & coordinate leads from website, social media; oversee all aspects of administration of the business. Participating in planning and implementation of events/meetings.

The candidate will also be our Marketing Specialist and will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on social media to help expand our service. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing and managing a variety of Facebook ad campaigns from beginning to end. WE WANT A HIGHLY PRODUCTIVE SOCIAL MEDIA GURU!!!

Qualification;

• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, MacBook Air
• Bilingual in French & English is an asset
• Excellent relationship-building, diplomacy and communication skills.
• Experience with marketing automation/email marketing, Google analytics.
• Expertise in social media advertising, campaign management, reporting and optimization practices across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.
• Employee must be a recent graduate from a college or university in the past 4 years (2014-2018) The course must be at least 30 weeks in length and proof of graduation
