Position Overview

We are looking for energetic, motivated Laborers in the Kamloops Region to join our Temporary Labor pool. We are looking for candidates with experience doing contract work, bending & standing long periods of time, lifting 50lbs or more, clean-up, construction labor, and general labor. This is a great option for those that are in between jobs or are working part-time looking to increase their hours.

Responsibilities

Duties:

• Complete General Labor tasks such as clean-up, moving furniture, loading/Unloading trucks, deliveries etc.
• Construction Labor – Concrete finishing would be an asset
• Basic carpentry skills is an asset
• Various different labor positions

Requirements

• Previous Labor experience in any industry is an asset but not a requirement
• MUST have reliable phone
• Must have Driver’s License & reliable vehicle
• Available to work long or irregular hours
• Valid drivers license with a clean driver’s abstract (not a requirement for labor)
• MUST have all proper PPE: Steel Toe Boots, Hard Hat, Gloves, Safety Glasses, Hi-Vis Vest
• Willing to work on short notice
• Willing to take direction, and work with purpose
• Team Player
• Positive Attitude
• Customer Oriented
• MUST BE RELIABLE: Showing up to work on time with all supplies/PPE.
