Adhere to all EVRAZ Policies & Procedures
Supervise and be accountable for crews, both internal and external, when working on projects
Research and resolve drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interferences and errors
Create and update mechanical assembly drawings and assist in drawings interpretation
Prepare and maintain models and drawings using Inventor or AutoCAD
Manage the drawing system for the site
Prepare design calculations, stress analysis and other technical/engineering reports
Initiate and complete design changes
Develop project cost, timeline, plan and scope of work
Plan installation schedules and allocate resources accordingly
Provide technical assistance for projects including carrying out field measurements
Coordinate projects or tasks with technical staff and contractors as per project plans
Provide Project Management assistance to various sites when requested
Participate with EVRAZ staff in developing solutions to reoccurring problems
Apply reliability techniques to improve equipment availability
Assist in the preparation of high quality reports on time
Understand and assess material handling and large scale industrial manufacturing equipment
Actively participate in team meetings and company initiatives
Lead, assist or participate in meetings, improvement projects, safety initiatives and rapid improvement events
Perform other administrative and technical duties as required
