Position: Full Time Cook
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Hourly Wage: $14.75 – $16.75/hr
Benefit: 15 days paid vacation
Work Location: 1020 Park Ave, Esterhazy, SK, S0A 0X0

Job Requirements:
– Completion of Secondary school
– Minimum 3 years of experience as a commercial restaurant cook
– Preference will be given for individuals with experience as a Japanese food cook but this condition is not mandatory

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook all food items on the menu
– Participate in developing new menu and sauces especially for the Breakfast Menu, Side Orders sections
– Manage stock and record inventories
– Ensure quality and safety of food served
– Estimate needs in the kitchen and place orders
– Monitor overall kitchen operations
