What you’d actually be doing:
As the Office Administrator, you will act as the point of contact for all areas of our business and management team. Your responsibilities will include:

Reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors Executing administrative duties for the office, including ordering business cards, as well as managing mail and couriers.

Ordering and managing office supplies, including staying on top of depleting inventory and keeping office supplies organized.

Managing and coordinating the delivery of fresh fruit in the kitchen and food lunch and learns.

Organizing and tidying the office and kitchen, ensuring presentable condition at all times.

Contributing to the organization of sales events, like tradeshows and golf tournaments.

Assisting the executive team with administrative duties, including booking travel, taking notes, and transcribes correspondence – ensuring a professional tone and thorough proofreading.

Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including the executive team, shop staff, customers, and cleaning staff.

What you bring to this role:
Experience in dealing with people – we are open to a number of backgrounds, including office administration, customer service, retail or hospitality

Professional communication skills, both in person and on the phone

Ability to engage with a variety of customers in a professional manner

Technologically savvy, with strong Microsoft Office skills

Desire to learn and develop your skills and knowledge

Proactive thinker with strong multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritize

High attention to detail

Independent and professional, you are known to demonstrate initiative
