We currently have opportunities for Operators to join our growing team and contribute to the safe and reliable operation of our Langley processing facility (216th and Glover Road area). This role would suit an individual with a strong work ethic, scientific curiosity and interest in biological manufacturing.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet and cultivate a culture of “safety first” by follow all safety requirements
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly production goals
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure environmental compliance
• Follow and understand standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with industrial process equipment or farm equipment is an asset
• Production oriented — interested in the technology and the production process
• Takes initiative — takes action; results oriented and likes to get things done!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — listens and understands
• Self-motivated — brings a positive “can do” attitude; strives for excellence

Shifts will include afternoons and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 /hour

Required education:

• High school or equivalent
