Office Administration and Clerical duties of a fast paced engineering office (10 employees). Responsibilities will include: Invoicing, A/P, A/R, Reception, Job File Maintenance, Job Costing, Book Keeping, Projects and Web Based Marketing. This position is the sole administrator of the office, therefore we are looking for a experienced, well rounded individual who knows MS-Office (Word and Excel), and various other office based software. Experience in advertisement using social media and book keeping will be beneficial. This position is approximately 20-30 hours per week and we will consider a flexible work schedule.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour

Required experience:

  • Office Adminstration: 3 years
