Work with Business Development to establishing new customers and/or expand operations with existing customers….
Coordinate day to day work activities and schedules for direct reports. Focus on Petroleum Quality and Measurement standards as per Book 5 and API standards. Ensure all Operations Preventative Maintenance and Regulatory ERCB AER requirements are met to OM&P Book 6 standards. Ensure all station facilities appearance and grounds within area of responsibility are maintained to high standard in a safe clean and orderly fashion.
Ensures direct reports are in compliance with all Petroleum Quality Measurement and API standards
Ensure all custody transfer ticketing is in keeping with our third party agreements and SOX compliance
Prepare staff for Emergency response and maintain site security following established company protocol
Meet weekly with connected customers to deal with problems as they arise to maintain good working relations
Ensures all reports and contractors or in compliance with all operations, environmental and safety procedures and policies
Correct deficiencies resulting from audits and construction projects in a timely and efficient manner
Implement recommendations for maintenance best practices
Work with Business Development to establishing new customers and/or expand operations with existing customers
Ensures all staff are current in all Safety, Environmental, Emergency Response and Technical Training
Establish realistic performance objectives meet quarterly with direct reports to review objectives
Manage minor human resource concerns
Promote and lead the company team initiatives
5 years Terminal experience
Good organizational skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Technical background or related experience would be an asset
Electronic Maintenance Management system experience would be an asset
Salary and job level will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
