The successful candidate for this full-time, permanent position will provide leadership in the development and implementation of an integrated workplace management system utilizing ARCHIBUS software to support all aspects of school infrastructure facility operations and planning.

ABOUT YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • an undergraduate degree in Architectural Science, Building Science, Computer Science or Engineering
  • a minimum of six years related experience implementing integrated workplace management systems across diverse business entities
  • experience with: conducting environmental performance analysis, building design, construction, operation, maintenance, space planning and property management

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Responsibilities include:

  • leading the implementation of, and planning for, expansion of ARCHIBUS systems to add functional modules with the goal of full plan deployment on an enterprise basis
  • developing systems and tools to support data capture and capital investment prioritization in the areas of facility maintenance, operation, and asset management
  • maintaining and enhancing ARCHIBUS systems and tools to support a wide variety of District operations and activities
  • ensuring system and process integration with District systems including; Oracle, PeopleSoft, and District Technology
