The Executive Assistant is expected to work as a team and to provide support to other portfolios as required, including for vacation and sick leave coverage. The Board of Directors (EA). provides an optimum standard and efficiency of administrative support services for the Board of Directors and their portfolios. A key responsibility includes attending board and finance meetings transcribing, formatting minutes and designing various documents, requiring proficiency in speed, accuracy, and vocabulary. The Incumbent will provide good working relationships (involving tact, courtesy, and respect) when interacting with other departments, agencies, the public).
